We spent a lovely Easter break at a hotel located only a short walk from the charming old town area. the friendly staff offered us complimentary early check-in and a delicious breakfast every morning. the hotel's location made it easy to explore the nearby historic sites and try local cuisine at nearby restaurants. Best of all, the room was well-maintained and cosy, providing us with a comfortable stay.

Although the room was pleasant, the shower was a bit too small and the bed was not the most spacious. the hotel charged extra fees for their in-house restaurant and sauna, which we found to be overpriced.

The staff at the reception desk were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. They even greeted us with a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The hotel also had a great variety of amenities, including a sauna and jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation.

Spacious, modern rooms, with a fresh design and lovely bathroom featuring a large bathtub. Great view from the 4th floor towards a beautiful private garden. Conveniently located just outside the old town walls, easy to reach from the airport in less than 30 minutes by public transport. Restaurant food was excellent.

I recently stayed at Hotel L'Ermitage for a short visit and I was very pleased with my experience. The standard room was spotlessly clean and well-lit, albeit a tad small. The staff was incredibly friendly and some even spoke Russian. The hotel's location was fantastic, situated on the "ring way" around the old town. It only took me a few minutes of walking through a beautiful park to reach the entrance of the upper part of the old town. I also discovered a couple of great restaurants within a stone's throw of the hotel. Additionally, there was a stop for a sightseeing bus nearby, making it convenient to explore the city.
