This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail in their rooms. We booked a room with a sea view and it was absolutely worth it – waking up to the calming sight of the sea was a highlight of our stay. The basic amenities provided were sufficient for our needs and the staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel's location close to the city center and a bus stop made it convenient for us to explore the area easily.

All was well, no improvements needed.

Had great time at Xmas, with delicious breakfast options and cozy bed linens. The stunning sea views and charming local fauna around added to the holiday spirit. Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the heart of town and the convenience of nearby public transport.

The bathroom setup could have been better as the glass door created an awkward situation for privacy. The room, while tastefully decorated, lacked the necessary space for luggage and clothes.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Havgrim Seaside Hotel 1948. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the harbor and city center, which made exploring the Faroe Islands very convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and English-speaking. The breakfast offered delicious homemade bread and rolls. The view from our room was outstanding once we were moved to a higher floor. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
