The staff, especially Leinka, was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. The location couldn't have been better, just a few blocks from Old Town Square and a short walk to Charles Bridge. The room was great with a comfortable king-size bed, lots of light, and a view of the beautiful church towers. The buffet breakfast at the nearby restaurant was excellent. a great hotel with good value for money.

Excellent location, just minutes away from the main attractions such as the astronomical clock and convenient access to the airport. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a sitting area and comfortable beds. the breakfast in the 13th century building was amazing, providing a unique and enjoyable dining experience.

Finding the hotel was a bit challenging, as it was not well-marked and we passed by it multiple times. the separate buildings and the need for a key to access them can be a bit inconvenient.

This place is excellent! The location is perfect, only a 3-minute walk to the famous astronomical clock and a 10-minute walk to the airport service. The room was ultra-perfect, very spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and the bed was good. The staff were friendly and very professional, always willing to help. They even assisted us with parking in the courtyard. The amenities in the hotel were excellent, including room service, car hire, and dry cleaning. The breakfast in the adjacent building was great, with a cozy eating area and friendly staff. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
