the wheelchair accessibility was top-notch, with a designated entrance and a spacious room and bathroom that were perfectly suited for wheelchair users. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing us with an early check-in and late check-out to accommodate our travel schedule. the highlight of our stay was the breakfast, which was absolutely fantastic and surpassed any other hotel's offerings in the Scandinavian cities we visited. the management and staff should be commended for their attention to detail and superb service.

They even upgraded our room to a double for free when they ran out of single rooms. We were also able to enjoy a late check-out until 6pm, courtesy of Roman, who assisted us with this arrangement. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transport and major tourist attractions. We felt right at home thanks to the friendly staff and enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet, which left us spoiled for choice. We also had a delightful dining experience at the in-house restaurant, with fine dining quality at affordable prices. we highly recommend this hotel for a 5-star experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - right in the heart of the city, close to the center and within a 100m of 2 tram routes back to the main rail station. The staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. They even accommodated our request for a room with a bath tub and windows overlooking the inner terrace. The room itself was spacious and the beds were super comfy.

If we had to recommend this hotel to families, it would have to be the perfect location and the friendly staff.
