the staff was extremely friendly and always available to help with any requests. the room was clean and spacious, perfect for a family with a double and single bed. I loved the clean and comfy bathroom, as well as the little kitchenette with a microwave, hob, kettle, and coffee maker, plus a fridge. the hotel's location was great, just a 1-minute walk from the metro station. the neighborhood felt safe, and there was even a convenient supermarket nearby. the private parking option for only 20€ per day was also a great plus. I was impressed by the kindness of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel.

There are two big supermarkets just 10 seconds away, and there are great restaurants in the area. The customer service is excellent, with Isaam ensuring all guests are happy.

I recently stayed at Appart'City in Paris for a week-long vacation. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with a well-equipped kitchenette and USB ports for easy charging. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with plenty of clean towels. The common room on the ground floor was a great place to hang out, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The hotel is conveniently located next to a large supermarket and close to restaurants.

We loved the fact that the hotel was pet friendly, as it was hard to find a pet-friendly hotel in Paris at a low price. The location was great, with easy access to the Metro and a supermarket across the street. The working kitchen was a bonus, and the view from the balcony was excellent. During our recent new year stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Complementary breakfast and late check-out were offered to us without any fuss. the hotel's convenient location, just a short walk away from the metro station, enabled us to explore the city with ease. the kitchenette in our room proved to be helpful.

While we enjoyed our overall stay, we did miss having the option of room service. the sofa bed in the room was not comfortable enough for a good night's sleep.

Everything is what I need and want.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location, right next to the metro station and supermarkets, made it very convenient for exploring Paris. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the coffee and snacks machine in the lounge was a nice touch. The staff, especially Mr. Issam, were friendly and attentive to our needs. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Paris.

The only drawbacks I encountered were that towels were only changed every fifth day, which was not ideal when traveling with children. However, upon request, the reception staff arranged for our towels to be changed earlier.

the room was a fair size and had a small balcony, allowing me to breathe fresh air and enjoy the outdoors. the bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was well-equipped. the location was very convenient, with a nearby metro station that took me into the heart of Paris city. There was also a supermarket next door that closed at 11:00 pm, making it easy to grab any essentials I needed. What really made a big difference was the interaction with the staff. They were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to meet my requests and needs. the manager even took personal initiatives to ensure my satisfaction.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the metro station that takes you to all the main attractions in Paris. It is also close to the Clichy town hall, which adds to the convenience. Plus, there is a big supermarket just in front of the hotel, making it easy to grab any necessities during your stay.
