I had a superb stay at Arvor - O'Lodges by Arvor in the heart of the historic area. The hotel is full of character and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely updated bathroom. I particularly enjoyed the view of the clock tower, town square, and cafes from my superior double room on the first floor. It was a treat to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room as well. The location was perfect, with a great selection of restaurants within a short walk. Secure parking was available, although it needed to be reserved in advance. The breakfast, although typically French, provided more than enough food. I truly felt welcome and well taken care of during my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again if I return to the area.

We stayed at a hotel during Christmas break and two free glasses of hot wine were offered on the check-in. It was the perfect beginning to our stay. The hotel is located in the old district. It was a great spot with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants that were open during the holiday season. Another plus was the cozy bed and the sizable room.

The rest of the hotel didn't match up with the great start. The breakfast was very underwhelming, with food items running low and not being replenished in a timely manner.
