The hotel had WiFi, so I could connect to the internet and share my fabulous selfies with the world. The hotel management was "carried out" and the staff was "carrying me away" with their excellent service. The Centaurus group was "mastering" the art of hospitality.

The hotel didn't have a 24/7 butler service to cater to my every whim. How dare they!

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was superb, with the nearest Metro station just a stone's throw away. It was also conveniently situated close to the city centre, making it easy for us to explore all the attractions. The peaceful neighborhood added to the charm and tranquility of this place.

The hotel also had private parking available for a reasonable fee. The location, right beside a train station which is one stop away from all metro lines, was extremely convenient. Additionally, the hotel was situated in a nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

the room was comfortable, with clean facilities and a modern bathroom. the staff, especially Dalel at the reception, were very helpful and gave us great advice on places to visit. I also appreciated the free wifi and the nearby restaurants and metro station.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus in Paris for our 1st wedding anniversary. The staff was super friendly, engaging in conversation and very helpful. They even allowed us to check in early with no extra charges and provided a delicious early breakfast. The bed, linen, pillows, and soundproofing were heavenly, giving us the best sleep we've had in a month. The hotel is conveniently located near bus and train stations, with a metro station just a short walk away. Bicycle rentals are also available right at the door. It was the perfect cost-effective stay in Paris!

The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is right next to a bus stop that takes you directly to the arc de triomphe. It is also close to the Pont Cardinet railway station, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel is situated in a nice neighborhood and within walking distance to all the nice restaurants of Batignolles.

The service could be improved and customer wishes could be handled better.

the room was newly renovated and spacious, with clean and comfortable beds and pillows. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even lending me portable WiFi and chargers for my trip. the hotel's location was great, with a metro station just a 5-minute walk away. There were plenty of dining options nearby, including halal restaurants and cafes. Plus, the Eiffel Tower was only a short 10-minute drive away. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again when I return to the city.
