Stylishly renovated chateau with helpful reception staff. Excellent late-night meal with delicious cold platter, cheese, dessert, and coffee. Ideal location for a one-night stop over on the highway, although we wish we had more time to enjoy the pool and beautiful grounds.

We had a fantastic stay at this fabulous chateau. the building may not be the most beautiful, but it is very clean and well-maintained. the staff at Domaine De Saulon were really kind, friendly, and helpful. the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and we appreciated the little touches that showed great attention to detail. the gardens and park surrounding the chateau are beautifully maintained, providing a picturesque atmosphere. We also enjoyed taking our dog for walks in the park and woodlands. the breakfast buffet offered plenty of options and was well-organized. Another highlight of our stay was the excellent restaurant located in another building on the property. the food was delicious, and we loved the cozy atmosphere. Plus, the hotel had charging slots for electric cars, which was a bonus. the pool area was a peaceful place to relax, surrounded by greenery, and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere.

I recently stayed at Domaine De Saulon for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel is simply stunning, with a stream running by and the beautiful landscape surrounding it. The smart restaurant is also fantastic, offering delicious and beautifully presented food. We were mesmerized by the view of the castle, just like in the pictures.

The service in the hotel needs improvement. We experienced a frustrating incident where our room door broke and we were locked out for 40 minutes.

This place is a hidden gem nestled in a beautiful landscape. I loved waking up to the sight of a stream flowing just outside the hotel. The staff here are exceptional, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room service was prompt and the housekeeping maintained the room impeccably. The welcome drink was a lovely touch, making me feel instantly welcomed.

We got great value for our money staying at this beautiful castle hotel. The room was charming, quiet, and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The hotel's location near Dijon was convenient, and the staff treated us with friendliness and professionalism.

We found the service lacking, with staff members seeming indifferent and uninterested in our comfort. our room was quite small, with cramped quarters that made it difficult to move around.

It was a perfect base for exploring the beautiful Burgundy region.

The location was great, very close to Dijon and surrounded by beautiful vineyards. It was convenient for exploring the region. Additionally, the hotel offered a large selection of fresh products for breakfast, which was a nice way to start the day. The pleasant dining rooms were also a plus.

It was small and the walls were thin, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms. There were also issues with the amenities, such as no hot water in one of the rooms and a faulty hair dryer.
