The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the grounds were perfect for walking dogs. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the arrival through the main gate was memorable.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming chateau along the Loire River. The personalized service provided by M Pinaud and his team truly made our experience special. The upgraded room was spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The stunning scenery surrounding the hotel was a real treat for the eyes. Although the bathrooms were a bit outdated, they were clean and well-maintained. The dinner at the restaurant was delicious, and breakfast offered a fair choice. The only drawbacks were the outdated bathrooms and lackluster lobby and restaurant decor. we highly recommend this hotel for its stunning location and excellent service.

The rooms are decorated with ornate details and some have balconies with lovely river views. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing helpful information about the area.

The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the free toiletries provided added a touch of luxury. the service and quality of this place exceeded my expectations.

Lovely location overlooking the Loire river with amazing views from the terrace during aperitif and breakfast. the building is grand and well-maintained, offering good value for money. the staff were helpful and attentive, making our stay a pleasant experience.

The bedrooms were not equipped with air conditioning, which led to an uncomfortable and warm night's sleep. the dining room was also not cool enough, making it an unpleasant experience, which could have been resolved by dining outside.

It was refreshing to have hot coffee, which is rare in hotels these days. the view overlooking the Loire was simply amazing. the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
