Clean room, friendly staff, great location near restaurants and attractions.

Booked a double room but was given a single room for the first night. Hotel staff tried to insist it was our mistake.

The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. One positive aspect was the beautiful decorations throughout the hotel, creating a festive atmosphere which was enjoyable.

The price was also quite high, especially considering the limited space in the room. the staff was not as helpful or friendly as we had hoped, which made it difficult to enjoy our stay as much as we had expected.

Clean and quiet hotel, excellent location with good public transportation connections, friendly and pleasant staff, tasty breakfast, highly recommended.

This charming hotel is in a wonderful, non-touristy area with great little restaurants close by. The location is perfect, close to metro stations and within walking distance of many attractions. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with modern bathrooms and lovely views from some of the rooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making sure guests have a pleasant stay. Plus, free coffee and tea in the lobby is a nice touch.

The temperature regulation in the rooms could be improved, as some guests mentioned difficulties with it.
