I had the most enjoyable stay at a luxurious hotel in Carcassonne. The suite I stayed in had a big comfy bed, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. The best part was the lovely sun terrace, where I could relax and soak up the sun. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Carcassonne Old Town. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay.

The hotel is conveniently located just outside the city wall, a short walk away from the historic center and the castle. It is situated in a very quiet area, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with all the necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The breakfast served on the terrace is a perfect start to the day.

We left the restaurant with a newfound appreciation for gastronomy and a memorable dining experience that will stay with us forever. This venue fulfilled all my luxurious needs. The exclusive amenities in the room, such as the soft drinks and snacks, were a great touch. The service provided was exceptional and the staff went out of their way to make my stay memorable. The restaurant attached to the hotel was superb, offering an extensive menu, and the breakfast showcased a variety of hot and cold choices with a great terrace view.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was that the restaurant's sampling menu was quite long, lasting for 3 hours. Despite this, the gastronomic experience was well worth it.
