The room wasn't cleaned and the front desk apologized but couldn't move me. They promised to notify management. In the morning, I had to explain again and got asked about the privacy sign. They waived off about $60 worth of extras. The manager promised a good rate at another hotel but didn't call.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, not too far from the Metro station and with easy access to shopping areas. I loved the welcome drink and the room amenities, including the mini-bar and the air conditioning. The staff was amazing, especially the housekeeping and the room service. The spa centre is a must-visit, with so many great treatments to choose from. The bar/lounge area was also fantastic, I had a great time with friends until it closed.

I couldn't find my reservation at first, but the staff was very helpful and fixed the issue quickly. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends!

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of a busy commercial district, near a shopping center with high-end stores and free parking. The rooms are full of nice touches like Nespresso machines, robes, chocolates at turndown, and comfortable beds. Besides, the customer service is attentive and friendly, the lobby is spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is tasty with plenty of options.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better, as it was connected to an upscale shopping mall with all the luxury stores one could imagine. Being able to walk to the mall without moving my car was really convenient. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the cozy bar with live music. The pool was easy to schedule and great for a dip. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Shima Chenzaie in the lounge, who provided exceptional service. the hospitality and quality of service provided by the staff members at this location were outstanding.
