This hotel is super near the metro station-Place d'Italie which makes it easily accessible. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were kept clean. I especially liked the balcony in my room that provided a nice view. Great value for money.

The hotel had a great location, close to a large shopping center and many restaurants. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the fact that they offered free wifi during the stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service.

That the air conditioning was not working very well, which made the room a bit warm at times. the towels were changed every day despite our efforts to be eco-friendly.

The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of Christmas sightseeing. Plus, the WiFi was fast, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay.

It made me feel unsafe and bothered during my stay. the lack of a small fridge in the room was inconvenient, as I would have liked to store some drinks or snacks.
