Sadly, the language barrier was a bit frustrating as the staff seemed to have limited English skills.

the staff were friendly and accommodating, helping me find a quieter room away from the street. the breakfast was delicious, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice. the room was cleaned every day, and the bathroom was spacious with an excellent shower. the hotel's location was convenient, with a tram stop just a 2-minute walk away. Within 15-20 minutes, I was able to reach downtown, and I even took the tram to cross the border into Germany. I found Ibis Styles to be a great alternative to the expensive and outdated hotels in the city center during the busy European weeks.

Guests can easily explore the city via tram. The rooms are clean and the service is good. The breakfast includes a variety of options, such as real orange juice, coffee, tea, and yogurt.

The rooms are smaller than expected, making it a bit cramped for some guests.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the free corner with complimentary coffee, tea, and juices, which was a nice gesture. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the tram line. I enjoyed the free parking space around the hotel which I was able to find.

There were limited options for food and drinks, and breakfast was quite basic. the hotel had thin walls which made it hard to sleep during the night, as we could hear our neighbors quite clearly.

The hotel offered a nicely decorated room with clean bed sheets and a spacious bathroom. The lobby and breakfast area were very nice, and the staff was helpful. The breakfast provided was generous. There was a possibility to make tea and coffee 24/7 for free. The hotel had its own underground parking with plenty of space for cars. The tram stop was conveniently located right outside the hotel, making it easy to travel to the city center.

We felt welcomed and had nothing to complain about.
