As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the excellent staff and dining facilities. The breakfast and dinner were the best we've had in any Ibis hotel. The staff were friendly and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Few Improvements Needed

The vegan breakfast was sufficient. Excellent shower in disabled room. Staff supplied heating fan. Restaurant had limited menu but was excellent and good value for money. Charming and helpful staff. Delightful breakfast. Always something to eat. Well-considered room layout.

Not one thing.

We had a great stay at Ibis! The location just off the A10 was perfect for our journey from Dieppe to Bordeaux. The hotel was very clean and modern, and the staff were incredibly courteous. We were thrilled that we could dine in with our two small dogs, and the restaurant meal was delicious. The continental breakfast buffet was also a highlight. Another plus was that our room was on the ground floor, which made it easy for us to take our dogs for walks. the professionalism of the staff and the excellent cleanliness of the hotel made our stay enjoyable.

Couldn't stay longer 😞

During my recent stay at Ibis, I was impressed with the warm welcome I received. The staff made sure that everything was prepared for my arrival, even reserving a disabled parking space for me. It was such a relief to not have to worry about carrying anything, even my breakfast tray. Despite a minor inconvenience with the main course at dinner, the attentive young waitress promptly addressed the issue by informing a senior waiter. I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating.

Clean hotel with helpful staff. Always something to eat, from early breakfast to takeaway fruit and sausage on arrival. Easy access from motorway. Delicious evening meal and breakfast with variety of food. Convenient location for travel south with restaurant in hotel. Recommended. 🌟

The location of this hotel was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the highway. The staff were welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, particularly the fresh croissants and coffee.

Although the room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, it was quite small and lacked any kind of ventilation. The lack of air conditioning or a fan made it difficult to sleep comfortably at night.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff were friendly and the basic amenities were just what we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the twin beds with a shower tray in our room. Additionally, the fact that breakfast was included and catered for vegans was a pleasant surprise.
