We had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in a fun artsy-boutique French country style that we loved. The hotel had superb facilities, including a swimming pool and a restaurant. The location in pretty Kaysersberg was perfect, with easy access to nearby wineries and lovely small villages. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home throughout our stay.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff were extremely pleasant and attentive, speaking good English. the location was perfect, situated in a charming village with beautiful views of the vineyards. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite, which was well-fitted and comfortable.

The breakfast was quite expensive at 30 euros per person, and we found it to be overpriced compared to other hotels we have stayed at. Additionally, there was some noise in the morning from passing lorries, which disrupted our sleep a bit.

We got excellent value for our money and our room had a stunning view of the vineyard and medieval tower. The location was perfect, right on the edge of the old town, and the staff made us feel so welcome.

The morning meal could use some improvement.

The beds were very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions. Another advantage was the fantastic food at both the gourmet restaurant and the regular restaurant.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the wifi was quite poor and sometimes didn't work at all.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to all the stores and attractions in the town. It was also easy to walk around and explore. Additionally, I appreciated the fact that the staff allowed us to check into our suite early, which was a nice gesture.

There were a couple of negative aspects during our stay. the TV and internet in our room went out right after we checked in and didn't come back on until the next morning when we were leaving.

Great atmosphere with a view of an old castle and vineyards. Restaurant serves excellent dishes with a variety of Alsace wines. Family-run business adds a unique touch. Convenient location in a quiet spot near the village. Would definitely return.

I got great value for my money at this hotel! The room was fantastic, beautifully decorated with a super comfortable bed. The location was stunning, surrounded by vineyards and an old castle in the distance. The staff were amazing, speaking perfect English and being incredibly helpful. They even welcomed my dogs with treats and a water bowl in the room. a faultless stay!

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Wonderful setting in the heart of Kaysersberg. Quiet location. Garden rooms with vineyard views. Excellent breakfast with homemade treats. Delicious and reasonably priced dinner at the Winstub. Lovely courtyard and hot tub. Michelin-starred restaurant.
