We had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in a fun artsy-boutique French country style that we loved. The hotel had superb facilities, including a swimming pool and a restaurant. The location in pretty Kaysersberg was perfect, with easy access to nearby wineries and lovely small villages. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home throughout our stay.

Great boutique hotel with superb food. Cosy place with character and style. Very good service. In a picturesque town with easy access to various stores and attractions. Air conditioning worked great. the beds were very comfortable. the staff was courteous and pleasant. the toiletries had a wonderful smelling fresh forest/tree scent. Convenient location near everything.

Hotel not worth 5 due to poor customer service. Problems with the Tesla charger caused disruptions to our trip and no compensation was offered.

The staff were extremely pleasant and attentive, speaking good English. the location was perfect, situated in a charming village with beautiful views of the vineyards. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite, which was well-fitted and comfortable.

The breakfast was quite expensive at 30 euros per person, and we found it to be overpriced compared to other hotels we have stayed at. Additionally, there was some noise in the morning from passing lorries, which disrupted our sleep a bit.

We got excellent value for our money and our room had a stunning view of the vineyard and medieval tower. The location was perfect, right on the edge of the old town, and the staff made us feel so welcome.

I got great value for my money at this hotel! The room was fantastic, beautifully decorated with a super comfortable bed. The location was stunning, surrounded by vineyards and an old castle in the distance. The staff were amazing, speaking perfect English and being incredibly helpful. They even welcomed my dogs with treats and a water bowl in the room. a faultless stay!
