the twin room was comfortable with good quality bed linen. the room was clean, although on the small side. I appreciated the window that opened and the provided fan to combat the warmth. the bathroom was more spacious, with a hot shower and a hairdryer. the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, even though I found myself needing assistance quite a bit. the hotel allowed me to store my luggage after check-out, and they arranged taxis for me which was very convenient. I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel.

I recently had a really great stay at a hotel in Gdansk. The location was perfect - it was near the centre of town but in a nice, quiet district. It was almost in the historic centre, so I was able to explore the beautiful old town on foot. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, which made me feel very welcome. The rooms were comfortable, with big wardrobes and amazing views. And the best part was the breakfast, which had many options for all tastes and was reasonably priced. it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay there again.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Hotel Bonum. The proximity to the river and old town made it a convenient choice for exploring the city. The boutique hotel was in fantastic condition, with lovely rooms equipped with all the necessary amenities like a TV, safe, and fridge. The staff, especially Angeli tov and Marta, were extremely welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist us in retrieving a misplaced phone. Gdansk itself is a beautiful city with warm and friendly people, and Hotel Bonum was the perfect base for our trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Gdansk.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the old town center and just down the street from Old Town Square. It is a wonderful place to return to after exploring the bustling streets of the city. The rooms are cozy and nicely decorated, providing a comfortable retreat. The breakfast selection is superb, offering a diverse and appetizing start to the day.

The staff service could be improved, as some guests reported a lack of friendliness and helpfulness from the staff members.
