The rooms were spacious and larger than what you typically find in Paris. The location was convenient, with the subway right in front of the hotel and easy access to the main tourist sites. I was pleasantly surprised that the street-facing room I stayed in was quiet, with no noise from outside. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms and convenient location.

We had such a pleasant stay at this hotel! the staff at Mercure were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the location right across from the metro station made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. the neighborhood felt safe, and we enjoyed the variety of choices available at breakfast, including fresh fruit. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I was pleased to find plenty of options available to me. the next day, the staff even went above and beyond by providing gluten-free crackers just for me. Special thanks to Celine and Jean Francois for making our stay even better than expected. the room itself was spacious, clean, and surprisingly quiet given the surroundings. the bathroom was comfortable and the shower was spacious. the added amenities like a safe, fridge, and tea kettle made our stay even more comfortable. we had a fantastic and comfortable experience at this hotel.

We also appreciated the complementary robes and slippers in the room. the location was perfect, close to a metro station and within walking distance of several shopping and dining destinations.

Our room was not soundproof as advertised, and we could hear noises from the hallway and traffic outside throughout the night. the hotel's elevator was small and slow, resulting in long wait times during peak hours.
