Nicely decorated rooms, friendly staff, excellent spa and pool area, beautiful views of Mont Blanc, impeccable service, great restaurant and bar.

We had a fantastic stay in Chamonix! The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to restaurants and stores. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our visit stress-free. They assisted us with all our reservations and even arranged transportation for us. The rooms were lovely, airy, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and stunning views of the mountains. We especially enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub, which were perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing or exploring the city.

We felt that the hotel lacked character and charm. It felt more like a typical chain hotel, lacking the uniqueness we were expecting.

Truly exceptional service at Hotel Mont-Blanc. I was amazed when the staff surprised me with complimentary champagne and a handwritten note when the swimming pool was out of order. The breakfast, with locally sourced foods and fresh berries, was a highlight. Even though there was no air conditioning, the charming front lobby, library, and convenient location more than made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel.

I was delighted to be upgraded to a junior suite on my return from my Mont Blanc trek. The staff at this beautiful hotel went out of their way to ensure my comfort and made my experience in Chamonix so much more special. The location is perfect and the restaurant and spa are amazing. Hotel Mont-Blanc Chamonix is a charming hotel located conveniently near shops, restaurants, and the pedestrian walkway. The room was spacious, modern, and clean, with a separate area for pets. The bathroom was luxurious with a shower and bath. The hotel provided a large dog bed, food, and water bowls, making it ideal for dog owners. The menu for room service breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and hot options. The hotel also had facilities like a sauna, pool, and steam room for guests to enjoy.

The hotel does not have air conditioning due to its historical listing. However, they provided fans to make the room more comfortable.

Efficient and friendly Russian front desk staff. Spacious room with nice upgrades. Great amenities like large shower, bathrobes, and slippers. Ample closet space. Nice sitting room and cheese selection in lobby.

The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the newly renovated facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and the hotel had its own parking lot, making it convenient for me to bring my car.
