I had a disappointing experience during my stay. Initially, we encountered problems with our shower that went unresolved for three days, forcing us to use a shower in another room, which felt incredibly inconvenient. Despite paying a premium for our Junior Suite, the view was nothing as advertised, and the room itself felt dated, lacking the luxury we expected for nearly 1000 euros per night.
