Had a great time exploring the Fine Arts Museum and the mining center in Lewarde. Relaxing at the bar with a cocktail was a nice touch. The restaurant served tasty French cuisine. Loved the green setting of Valenciennes.

Convenient location for Eurotunnel travelers with ample parking and Tesla charging points. Attentive and welcoming staff, especially the concierge.

Our stay at the Novotel was fantastic. We were impressed with the family-friendly atmosphere and the numerous play options for our 4-year-old son. The hotel even went above and beyond to accommodate our family dog, providing dog bowls in our room and treating him like royalty. The location near the highway was perfect for our mid-journey stop, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. we had a delightful experience at this good-standard accommodation.

We had a fantastic stay at Novotel! the rooms were quiet and well-appointed, and the location was perfect for our drive to and from Eurotunnel. the staff at the bar and restaurant were friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent. We loved relaxing in the bar/lounge/restaurant area, and our room even had a massive TV. Plus, the hotel had a huge car park with Tesla charging points, which was a bonus for us as we drive a Tesla.

The location was just perfect for my various meeting points, not to mention the convenience of the bar and the opportunity to explore the Fine Arts Museum. And the restaurant had a decent variety of dishes at such reasonable prices.

Oh, how I adored the fact that the AC was controlled by a master and couldn't really make the room cooler even if it got unbearably hot overnight. What a joy!
