I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect, as it was very near the sanctuary. Everything I wanted to do was within walking distance. The hotel itself was impeccable, with top-notch cleanliness and well-maintained facilities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist me. The room I stayed in was a duplex and it was fantastic, with a separate area for the children and parents. I loved relaxing in the lounge area in the evening, it was so cozy and inviting. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, excellent service, and comfortable rooms.

The hotel was conveniently located very close to everything in Lourdes. I was able to walk to all the sites in town within minutes. The hotel was situated in a great location, right in the square. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with my queries about alternative parking locations. Additionally, the room I stayed in was spacious and had an attic for the kids.

The bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Great location near the Sanctuary, restaurants, and shopping. Amazing view of the Pyrenees Mountains.

The breakfast options were not up to par. The bread was sometimes dry and there were limited choices, lacking scrambled eggs or hot dishes.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel with a superb location. Our family duplex room was perfect, with the children upstairs and the parents downstairs. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, even arranging a kettle for us. The location was fabulous, just a stone's throw away from the main events. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and comfortable stay.

Our thanksgiving stay was okay, but there are a few things we appreciated. we were given complementary breakfast and dinner which was a welcome surprise. the location was great - close to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. Another plus was the cleanliness of the room; it was always fresh and tidy.

This hotel needs to improve its customer service. Staff seemed annoyed and uninterested in providing any assistance when we needed it.

I had a fantastic stay at an excellent hotel just a stone's throw away from the Grotto. the rooms were sparkling clean and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. I can't fault this hotel in any way, it deserves a perfect 10 out of 10 rating. I was delighted with the service and would highly recommend this hotel to others. I stayed in a large duplex on the 8th floor with my brother and mother, and the room was absolutely beautiful. I had a wonderful experience at Padoue.
