We had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in the heart of a picturesque quarter. Our room had a beautiful view of the canal and the Petite France area. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options. We loved exploring the city's Christmas markets. The hotel staff were helpful and even assisted us with our luggage. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay in Strasbourg!

We absolutely loved our stay in the heart of the old town. Our room had stunning views of the river and its picturesque half-timbered houses. The newly refurbished room was spacious and had a large shower room. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. Plus, the hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the downtown area and its charming cafes and shops.

It would have been nice to know in advance that we would have to cross the street for breakfast and access to the lobby.

Centrally located in the charming Petite France area. Easy to get around and the staff were exceptionally helpful. The restaurant had delicious food and they even made a special cake for a birthday celebration. Receptionist Susannah went above and beyond to assist with any issues. a wonderful stay.

This hotel offers an exceptional experience with its luxurious amenities and exclusive facilities. The room was beautifully decorated, comfortable and well-equipped with high-end amenities. The staff provided excellent service, catering to our every need. The location is ideal, in a tranquil area and close to major tourist attractions. We enjoyed the delicious in-room breakfast, and the bar/lounge area had a cozy ambiance.

The only minor issue was that the restaurant was not available during our stay, which was a disappointment. However, the hotel staff recommended good alternatives nearby.

We got great value for our money at Pavillon Regent. The room was fantastic, with a comfortable bed, brand new furnishings, and an amazing view. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the beautiful Petite France area. The staff treated us wonderfully, being incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast offerings could have been improved with a wider variety of options.
