I recently stayed at Moon Palace for a relaxing getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The resort itself was stunning, with plenty of activities to keep me entertained. The food was delicious and had a great variety of options. The resort had a delightful fragrance that added to the overall experience. The room was spacious and luxurious, complete with a jetted bath and a lovely shower. I especially enjoyed the hammock on the balcony and the beautiful pools. I would definitely return to this incredible hotel.

The hotel had great amenities and facilities. the pool was clean and well-maintained, and there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained. the staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to go above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Another highlight was the food, which was delicious and varied, with options to cater to different tastes. the location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and a beautiful beach.

The beach was disappointing, with brown water and seaweed that needed constant maintenance. It wasn't the picturesque Caribbean blue that we had expected.

Our week-long family break at Moon Palace was superb. The resort offers a wide range of activities for both kids and adults. The food was generally good, especially the meal at Agra. The kids enjoyed the kids club and wired lounge. Room service was prompt and the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. There are many pool options, and we found one with the perfect temperature. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in early January. The facilities were top-notch, with a variety of options including a bowling alley, spa, swimming pool, water park, and beach. Transportation within the hotel was easy, with regular shuttles provided. The location was perfect for exploring the area's adventures. The staff was incredibly helpful and readily available. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the service at the restaurants and bars was top-notch.

The resort was in a great location with beautiful design and well-maintained facilities. We were impressed with the all-inclusive promise, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We particularly appreciated that we were allowed to use all the facilities of the resort even after checking out. our experience was enjoyable.

There were a few areas for improvement. the room numbering in the building corridor was confusing and not clearly marked.

The property was massive and had three hotels in total. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and they even provided chi products like straighteners and blow dryers. the staff members were all very helpful and kind, always ready to assist with any needs or questions. the spa services were worth the price, with excellent massage therapists who provided deep tissue massages.

There was an issue with the smoke detector in our room, as it started chirping early in the morning and despite requesting battery replacement, no one came to fix it. This was quite bothersome and affected our sleep for two nights in a row.

We had a fantastic family vacation at a big and spacious hotel in Cancun. The all-inclusive package was great value for money with plenty of activities like bowling, spa, swimming, and a water park. The rooms were huge with a jacuzzi and a nice view. The staff were friendly and we enjoyed access to Nizuc and Sunrise hotels. The location was easily accessible with a good selection of restaurants and entertainment. A superb property for a week's break!

Had a wonderful time at a resort in Mexico. We were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of our room and the cleanliness of the hotel and grounds. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially the employees at The Manglar Restaurant who engaged with us on a personal level. The pool activities organized by Jorge of the Jungle and Oscar were super fun and energetic. I highly recommend this hotel for a great vacation experience.
