We had a fantastic stay at this place in the city center. the location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, efficient, and always went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The room itself was spacious and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed and pillows that made for a perfect night's sleep. Lastly, we absolutely loved the swimming pool, which was a delightful oasis in the middle of the city. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Starting the new year in this hidden gem was a great experience. The decor was lovely, with a touch of the charming art deco style. The pool, although small, was perfect to take a dip and relax after a long day of exploring. The friendly staff were always on hand to offer help, and the tasty breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day.

Finding the entrance to the hotel car park was a bit of a challenge, and the space was quite tight for larger vehicles. The location was not the most exciting, surrounded by unattractive buildings.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mermoz during our recent visit to Toulouse. The hotel's location, just a stone's throw away from the tourist center, made it easy for us to explore the city. The added bonus of convenient parking was a major plus. The four-star hotel was reasonably priced, especially with the low-season discount we received. The comfort of our beautiful and clean room surpassed our expectations. The little surprises left by the management added a personal touch. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel's proximity to the Toulouse-Matabiau train station and the city center was highly convenient. The WiFi was excellent, and we enjoyed the elaborate breakfast and the option to dine outside on warm evenings. The hotel staff went above and beyond by serving us breakfast at 5.30 a.m. before our early train departure. our stay at Hotel Mermoz was a real treat.
