The staff were super nice and went out of their way. Enjoyed lekker brekkie and everything was clean! The rooms had good vibes, felt comfy with a nice atmosphere. Plus, so close to the RER and metro, easy to explore the city!

during my stay, I really enjoyed the spacious lobby that felt welcoming and a quick 15-minute metro ride to the iconic Arc de Triomphe. The hotel is just a short walk from the beautiful La Grande Arche de La Defense, which offers stunning views and a lovely atmosphere for strolling around. the staff was incredibly friendly and made every interaction pleasant.

i almost thought about giving a good review, but the shower was old and downright embarrassing, and the elevator was an absolute disaster. with such a steep price per night, something should be remedied. i expected a bottle of complimentary water, at the very least. all in all, not what i expected from a so-called luxury hotel.

so this hotel is seriously beautifull & elegent. the staff is super friendly and very attentive. they helped us with rideing the metro to champs elysee and were just so nice. the food at breakfast was def better than i expected, lotsa variety and yummy. oh and our room had a awesome view, super comfy too!

the renaissance offers a beautiful lobby that immediately draws you in. it's located just steps away from a brasserie, making it super convenient for dinner at 8pm. my niece particularly enjoyed the interesting view of the cemetery outside our window. also, the breakfast was decent enough to start the day without complaint.

Staying here was a joy! The location is terrific, just a short walk from the metro for easy access to Paris. I loved the spacious, clean room equipped with a kettle to enjoy mint tea. Breakfast was delightful, great variety to satisfy everyone. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable!

Check-in process was cumbersome with long waits and difficulties accessing my room!!! The air conditioning was poorly regulated, making the room uncomfortably warm!!! Elevators were slow and malfunctioning, leading to unnecessary delays!!!

We really loved the hotel's location near the metro, making it easy to explore Paris. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and comfy, and my two teens enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere. The lounge area was bright and inviting!

I switched to this hotel after a poor experience elsewhere, and it made my trip much better.

The hotel is in a prime location by the CNIT shopping center, making it convenient for dining and shopping. The room was spacious with a nice view, although the centralized heating was a bit too warm and couldn't be adjusted. The restaurant ambiance was lovely and the staff were attentive and friendly.
