I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect- right on the edge of the historic district and at the lake. The service was excellent, from the friendly and helpful staff to the fantastic room amenities such as the mini-bar and air conditioning. I also enjoyed the dining options, including the bar/lounge area and special diet menus.

I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk away from the train station and close to the old town and the lake. The room was modern and comfortable with a spacious bathroom. I loved having tea and coffee in the room, and the macaroons left for us were a delightful touch. Despite some small issues, overall I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is just a stone's throw away from the lively shopping and dining area, and right across the street from a beautiful waterfront park. It's also conveniently close to the charming old town and all its attractions. We were able to explore the area easily, whether by walking, biking, or enjoying water sports. This place truly offers the best location in the city!

We recently had a cozy Christmas stay at this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised by the warm and helpful staff. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main attractions of the town and the beautiful lake. The room was comfortable and had a great view of the canal. We also appreciated the complimentary bottles of water and the refrigerator in the room.

We recently stayed at Hotel Splendid for our wedding anniversary and had a wonderful experience. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the attentive service throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel pampered. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large, soft bed and luxurious linens. The bathroom was well-appointed with nice toiletries and a fantastic shower. We loved the convenience of having a mini bar and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The terrace, where we enjoyed breakfast, was a lovely spot to relax and take in the view. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions. a fantastic stay that exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back.

We loved the stunning view of the mountains and Lake Annecy from our room. The hotel staff allowed us to check in early, which was a great convenience. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to bakeries, shopping, and cultural arts venues. Additionally, the hotel facilities were modern, clean, and comfortable.

The hotel had a great central location, making it easy to walk to all the main attractions. There was a direct view of the beautiful lake and mountains from our room, which was a major highlight. the modern and functional rooms had some nice features like Bluetooth speakers in the beds and a towel heater. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. the self, serve breakfast offered a wide variety of options, which was a delightful start to the day.

The room decor felt uncomfortable and cold, reminiscent of a Soviet, era hotel. the street noise was quite noticeable in our front, facing room, making it difficult to sleep at times.

Excellent location at the start of the canal walk to the lake. Spacious, well-equipped room, exceeding European standards. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a buffet-style offering including eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, and breads. Friendly and helpful staff.

We recently stayed at a hidden gem in a prime location near all the sights of interest. The hotel was nestled in a historic district, right across the street from the magnificent lake. Our room was well-appointed and very clean with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast had a great variety. The covered patio with seating and beautiful flower boxes was a lovely bonus.

There was no on-site parking available, but there was a car park only a short walk away.
