I stayed at this hotel for a week on a business trip and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, close to the mall and just a short drive from the airport. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, upgrading me to a beautiful room and even extending my check-out time. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the walk-in shower was a luxurious touch. The food was delicious and the menu had a great variety of options. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available. I will definitely return!

The location was great, just 5 minutes away from the airport. This made it convenient for my New Year's trip. The staff were polite and friendly, always willing to help with any requests or questions. The rooms were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

The front desk workers, restaurant staff, and even the housekeepers were rude and had bad attitudes. It felt like I couldn't ask for anything without getting an eye roll or attitude in return.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. They made us feel at home throughout our stay. the hotel has a great location, making it convenient for getting around and exploring the city. the included breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide variety of options to choose from.

The wifi was unreliable, with the need to constantly re, enter the code to access it. the rooms were not well insulated for noise, making it difficult to sleep at times.

Loved the African decor throughout the property. Phenomenal piano player in the lobby. Delicious food - especially the Prawns Tempura. Courteous, patient, and kind staff. Convenient airport shuttle.

Our stay at African Regent was truly delightful. The serene and calm atmosphere instantly made us feel at ease. The staff were welcoming and courteous, ensuring our comfort throughout our visit. The cozy and comfortable meeting spaces provided the perfect setting for our private business meeting. The hotel's cleanliness and neatness were impeccable, giving off an impression of newness. We also appreciated the good tea and coffee facilities, as well as the elaborate menu during lunch and dinner. Additionally, the location close to the airport and the University of Ghana was very convenient. we highly recommend this hotel for its character, comfort, and excellent service.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, making me feel truly welcome. The meals were absolutely delicious and there was a great variety of options to choose from. I was impressed with how every part of the facility worked perfectly, allowing me to live comfortably without needing to step out for anything. The TV channels provided were excellent and the ventilation in the rooms was top-notch. On top of all that, the city view from my room was simply awesome.

Great customer service, always welcoming and helpful. the staff was friendly and attentive, from a welcome drink to room service to helping with bags. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of food options, and the staff even remembered my preferences and greeted me with my favorite beverages throughout my stay. the hotel is located close to the airport and right opposite a bustling area with restaurants and bars, providing plenty of options for dining and entertainment nearby.

The bathrooms could use some updating, as the shower curtains were not well arranged and led to a flooded bathroom after a shower. the noise from the road behind the pool area could be quite bothersome during the day.

It was great to have free local and international calling options. the hotel's convenient location made it easy to get around, and we found Uber to be a cost-effective alternative to the hotel taxi service. the hotel room was spacious and we loved the complimentary daily water. the staff, particularly Veronica, were friendly and accommodating. the lobby's beautiful decor, featuring art and sculptures, was a standout feature.
