I stayed for a family getaway and we loved the new Bayfront area! It was like finding our own secret oasis with the hammocks and fire pits, unbelievable!

It wasn't cheap, but honestly I think it was still worth it because of the experiences we had.

the staff were certainly friendly enough, but good luck finding any real service, they totally messed up my late checkout request and charged me $25 for an extra hour. also, i couldn’t believe how dirty my bathroom was, i mean, a toilet seat sliding to the side? seriously? it's like they want to drive customers away. i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

The staff, particularly Ben and Melody, provided exceptional service, going out of their way to ensure our stay was memorable.

There was a noticeable lack of communication from the front desk, which led to confusion regarding our room readiness and checkout time.

All good, fulfills its purpose. Property features oversized chess and warm pools.

our stay was almost enjoyable, but the kitchen was hardly equipped, lacking basic items like knives and a toaster. also, the pool could’ve been cleaner, and I was horrified that no one rushed over to bring me a towel. I just couldn’t give a good review.

Had an awesome time with friends! The location was great for everything we wanted to do. We hit up John's Pass for some fun and even went kayaking. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the staff were super friendly. Just a heads up, expect some line at check-in.

Had a bit of a hassle with parking. It was pretty limited, and we had to park across the road, which was annoying. So, plan ahead if you're coming here.

I appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and the beautiful pool and courtyard, which added to the charm of the stay. plus, the location allowed for easy walks to nearby parks like Ron McKenney Park just over 2 km away as well as the vibrant John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, which is almost 3 km from the hotel, perfect for a weekend adventure.

the parking situation was a bit confusing (had to ask a few times). however, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. our room had a great kitchen area, and there were plenty of activities like giant chess and shuffleboard.

Staying across the street was a surprise—discovered a lovely courtyard that stole my heart! The cold brew is a must-try, and the friendly vibe made us feel right at home.

However, the room cleanliness left something to be desired. I think I walked in dirt instead of a carpet! And, oh dear, not exactly beachfront—more of a 'cross the street and hope for the best' situation.
