Breath-taking mountain views, excellent value for money, comfortable and clean rooms, down-to-earth and relaxing atmosphere, ideal location for exploring the area, lots of attractions nearby.

I had an incredible experience staying at this medieval castle. The location was breathtaking, with the room situated up the hill, providing a stunning view of the castle right outside my window. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, even though their English skills were limited. The breakfast was basic but tasty, and I never left hungry. the free parking next to the castle was a convenient amenity.

I did find a downside to my stay. The lack of wifi and poor cellular reception made it difficult for me to research places, book accommodations, and correspond on my trip.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and inclusive half-board option. The location up the hill provides stunning views overlooking the main part of the castle. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay.

A great value for money hotel, perfect for a business trip. the rooms were very comfortable and clean, and the buffet-style evening meals were basic but always delicious. the hotel had a very homey feel, a relaxing atmosphere that made one feel at ease during a hectic business stay. the breathtaking surrounding area - perfect for scenic walks - was a huge plus, and the large, free car park was very convenient.

the occasional noise from neighboring rooms was mildly annoying. Though these were minor issues when compared to the hotel's many positives, they still detracted slightly from the overall experience.

The hotel room, though not luxurious, exuded a charming character, transporting me back in time. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the service was friendly and accommodating. The highlight of my stay was waking up to a delicious breakfast, fueling my adventures along the famous Malerweg trail.

The lack of reliable internet access proved to be a slight inconvenience during my stay.
