We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in the heart of the city. The room was clean and tidy, and we loved the unique feature of having an iPad to control the TV. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient, being within walking distance of the Central Station and surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. Additionally, the breakfast exceeded our expectations with delicious bread and jam. it felt like a home away from home.

We had a great stay at this spotless and clean hotel. The breakfast options were fantastic and there was plenty of choice. The bed was very comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were quick to respond when the coffee machine in our room wasn't working properly, bringing us an electric kettle instead. The receptionist even provided slippers for us when we realized they weren't included. The towels were replaced daily and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near public transport and it's a great place for shopping and exploring the old town. We would definitely stay here again.

We spent our Christmas holidays in a downtown hotel, and it was fantastic. we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that was included in our package, which was delicious and diverse. the hotel had a prime location near major tourist attractions and was easily accessible through multiple methods of transportation. the room was cozy and modern, and we appreciated the free Wi-Fi connection.

On the other hand, we were disappointed that we had to pay an additional fee for late checkout when it was only an hour later than the standard time. we experienced some confusion when we attempted to pay for the parking as the automatic paying machines only accepted 5 and 10 euro bills and did not accept our foreign bank cards.
