Super close to central station and within walking distance to amazing places like the Christmas Markets and great dining spots. The breakfast buffet was solid and there’s a fun vibe in the hotel. Don't miss the large rainfall shower—it’s a treat!

However, our experience was slightly dampened by a rude receptionist who made assumptions about us based on our backgrounds. It left a bit of a sour taste.

The room's got character, man, and it’s super close to the Hauptbahnhof—just a lekker walk to the city centre. Plus, I loved the chilled little touches like fruit and water. That rainfall shower? Just bliss, boet!

Only downside was the noise outside at night—some bliksem guests can be super loud.

the area was absolutely horrible, I felt like I was in a horror movie. the shower being visible from the bed, it’s like they want to watch us! honestly, I expected a room upgrade or at least a welcome gift for the inconvenience. I almost wanted to give a good review but just couldn’t, thanks for nothing!

Great location and value for money! The room was clean and the bed? Oh, so comfy! Perfect for a cozy stay.

However, that glass shower design may give you a show 'n tell moment you didn't sign up for. Also, woke up to a surprise visit from the housekeeping—awkward much?

The room was neat, comfy as, and heaps close to everything! But, had issues with the AC not being up to scratch. Chur for the nice staff though!

This place suits me perfectly and provides everything I need—wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, and a welcoming snack bar. On my first stay, staff even helped me with bug spray. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next trip!

cocoon is a super welcoming spot! the staff was absolutely wonderful, and I loved how modern and clean the rooms were. it's a short stroll from the central railway station, which made getting around easy. plus, it really felt like a relaxing escape right in the heart of the city.
