holiday inn express in berlin exceeded my expectations during my birthday celebration. the location was perfect, close to all main spots and with a u-bahn nearby. the room was spotless and had comfortable beds and pillows. the staff were friendly and spoke multiple languages. amazing value for a capital city.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Berlin for five nights with my family. The hotel is conveniently located just 5 minutes away from Alexanderplatz, with a U-bahn station just 1 minute away. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and our room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast had a good variety of delicious breads. The tea and coffee facilities in the room were a nice touch, and the beds and pillows were comfortable for a good night's sleep.

The location of Holiday Inn Express was absolutely fantastic! We were able to explore Berlin easily, as the U-bahn station was just a few steps away from the hotel entrance. Plus, we could reach Alexanderplatz within a short walk. It made our sightseeing experience so convenient.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the limited options for bars and restaurants nearby, and a slightly crowded breakfast area, overall it was a very good hotel. The breakfast selection may have been repetitive, but the pastries were delicious.

I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Express in Berlin. the location was absolutely superb, with the ability to walk to any nearby attractions. the rooms were impeccably clean and the staff went above and beyond to meet all of my needs. I was especially impressed with their helpfulness. the breakfast, although busy during peak hours, was of great value for money, offering a good selection of delicious food.

Secondly, the room was spotless and had an excellent shower with great views of the area. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, with fresh bakery provided every morning, and the location right next to the river made for a perfect morning stroll.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly attentive and friendly. One particular staff member, Flavia, warmly welcomed me and provided me with insightful information about Berlin. Throughout my stay, Julia and Jenina were also exceptional in their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any questions or needs. The hotel's location in the center of the city was perfect, as it was near everything I wanted to explore. The food at the hotel was also great. Although I would have appreciated a continental breakfast option, I still highly recommend this hotel.
