the location was convenient, with Tokyo Big Sight just a short walk away. the surroundings were peaceful and quiet, and there were plenty of restaurant options nearby. the best part was the 24-hour convenience store located inside the hotel, making it easy to grab whatever I needed at any time. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room, although small, was clean and well-organized. the breakfast offered multiple options and was substantial.

Amenities were pick and choose style, minimizing waste. Front desk staff were always available, and check-in/check-out machines were user-friendly. Abundance of hot water and satisfying shower.

The walls are a little thin, so noise from the corridor or neighboring rooms might be heard at times.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel close to Tokyo Big Sight and Disneyland. The location was perfect for my needs as I attended a trade show at Tokyo Big Sight. Plus, being a member of Disney's Good Neighborhood, the hotel provided free shuttle services to both Disneyland and Disneysea. Convenience stores and restaurants were also nearby, making it easy to grab a quick meal or any essentials. The hotel staff were friendly and courteous, despite the language barrier. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and excellent service.

The presence of a Lawson on the second level of the building and two 7-11 stores opposite the hotel ensures quick access to snacks and necessities. The room cleanliness and decent-sized bathroom, with the provision of pyjamas, adds to the overall comfort. The breakfast variety is impressive and affordable, satisfying different tastes.

Great location near restaurants, monorail, and train station. the view from the balcony was breathtaking. the room was clean and quiet with a comfortable bed, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Loved the option to pay in euros, and the restaurant on the second floor was excellent.

The air conditioning was too hot even in winter, and we had to open the window for fresh air instead. Connecting to the WiFi was a bit of a challenge, and the check-in process was inconvenient as we arrived before the check-in time.

It is close to the exhibition center and has a foot massager and supermarket inside. Close to Disneyland with free shuttle. English amenities, ample toiletries, and take out trays at breakfast. Big balcony. A 24/7 convenience store inside. Plenty of self-care products in the lobby.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Tokyo Disney called Sotetsu Grand Fresa and it was fantastic! The value for money was great and the room was spacious, perfect for my friend and me. The location was super convenient, with easy access to the monorail and JR line. The staff were friendly and always available to help us. We even got a higher floor room with a stunning view!

The only thing that could have made our stay even better was if they had a more varied breakfast selection. But overall, it was a wonderful experience at Sotetsu Grand Fresa.

loved my stay at sotetsu grand fresa! check in and check out were a breeze, and the staff was quick to respond to emails. the location is perfect, with easy access to the train station and plenty of restaurants nearby. the 15th floor view was amazing, and the room was comfy for two travelers. will definitely come back with family!

The hotel has an excellent location in the Odaiba area, right next to Tokyo Big Sight. It is also conveniently close to both Yurikamome and Rinkai stations, making it easy to explore the city. the staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great customer service throughout my stay. the hotel lobby is spacious and there are plenty of amenities available, including a Lawson convenience store and various dining options. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed, big TV, and even a free foot massage machine. the hotel also offers a shuttle bus to Tokyo Disney Resort, which is a nice added convenience. I highly recommend Sotetsu Grand Fresa to anyone visiting the Odaiba area.
