I had a great experience at Deevana Patong Resort & Spa. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed right from check-in. The complimentary welcome drinks and desserts were a nice touch. The junior suite I stayed in was excellent, with a comfortable bed and clean room. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious options, including vegetarian choices. The resort's two big swimming pools were perfect for a relaxing swim. I also enjoyed the spa and had two wonderful massages. The location of the resort was convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and bars, but still quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Patong.

The location was perfect, tucked away in a nice quiet street, so peaceful in the evenings. It was within easy walking distance of the beach, which was great for us. The staff provided excellent service and made our stay very enjoyable. The manager at the front desk was especially friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The pool area was amazing, and we loved spending time there. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

The beach bag with pool towels and umbrella provided by the hotel was very helpful. We also appreciated the good selection of complimentary items in the bathroom. The location was great with plenty of shops nearby and a beautiful view.

The room we stayed in was not well maintained and smelled musty. The shower did not drain properly making it unpleasant to use.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hidden gem of a resort! The location was perfect, just off the main street and close to the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. The resort had everything we needed, from fantastic restaurants to beautiful pools. We even made friends playing pool and table tennis by the pool area. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom had a big shower and plenty of storage space. The breakfast buffet was overflowing with a variety of delicious options, leaving us feeling overwhelmed in the best way possible. the value for money at this resort was unbeatable and we ended up extending our stay.

The friendly staff at the front desk goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel also has a travel desk to help plan and book activities in Phuket.

Some rooms may lack natural sunlight and have a damp smell, but the hotel is quick to address any issues and happily accommodates room changes.
