super close to attractions! the staff was friendly and helped us with clean towels and linens. rooms were nice with a hairdryer, microwave, and fridge. comfortable beds made for a good night. the pool was open 24/7. breakfast had awesome biscuits and gravy, plus big waffles. loved the hot tub too!

Just a short stroll from the Island in Pigeon Forge and various attractions like the Alcatraz East Crime Museum and Paula Deen's Lumberjack Feud, this hotel made exploring easy and enjoyable, plus the breakfast was out of this world with choices like eggs, sausage, and waffles; the friendly staff and clean pools made our stay even better, but the carpet could definitely use some attention.

While the refrigerator was effective and the coffee pot functional, accessibility could be improved. The vending machines offered limited options. With a thorough cleaning and attentive management, this place could easily elevate its experience. It has potential, but there's work to be done.

We stayed at the hotel on our family getaway to the vibrant entertainment capital near The Island in Pigeon Forge. The place is buzzing with lively music shows, toe-tapping bluegrass performances, and immersive theater experiences that had my kids clapping and singing along all night. The close proximity to the Tail of the Dragon made our cruise adventure along the Smoky Mountain Foothills Parkway easily accessible, offering breathtaking views that left us in awe.

My wife says that more kid-friendly amenities would be great.

I couldn’t believe the state of our room! The musty odor hit us as soon as we walked in, and what really grossed me out was the mold on the walls. It felt so unclean, I couldn't relax at all.
