The location is pretty nice with restaurants and bars around, and it's still within walking distance from the center. The staff was really kind, especially considering the social distance rules. They even surprised my girlfriend with roses and a sweet message on the mirror, making our romantic weekend even more special. The room was amazing with an incredible view, and it was spacious, clean, and had a really comfy bed. The food at the bar was also great, we enjoyed a tasty and generous salad. the service was top-notch and the hospitality was beyond my expectations.

Staff were friendly and very helpful with a problem we had with a delivery to the hotel. Very clean. Great bathroom with large rainfall shower. Great espresso in the room. Lovely view of the quiet, woodsy courtyard from the small balcony. Good Wi-Fi. Very quiet but in a neighborhood with lots of shops, restaurants, bakeries, and near the Victoriaplatz streetcar station.

Stayed here for New Year's Eve. the room was clean and comfortable. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the location was great - close to restaurants and public transportation. the gym was well-equipped and easy to access. the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast which was a nice touch.

We could hear every little sound from other guests in the hallway and neighboring rooms. the walls were paper-thin, making it difficult to sleep at night.

The bartender at Hotel Indigo Dusseldorf taught us about German gin, specifically Rhineland gin. We enjoyed learning about it while enjoying the beautiful view of the garden and listening to birdsong. The hotel's close proximity to the airport, tram, metro, and the Rhine made exploring the city convenient. The well-equipped room, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast made our stay enjoyable.
