We had a fantastic stay at this newly built hotel with modern design and high quality standards. the staff at Modi really takes care of their guests, making sure all needs and wishes are met. the rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. the breakfast at the in-house bakery is superb, with live cooking options and delicious coffee. the receptionist was kind and hospitable, and the parking facilities were excellent. We also enjoyed having the convenience of a nearby Kaufland department store.

The value for money at Modi was excellent, with a beautiful room and wonderful staff. The location was amazing, and the hotel provided a quiet, clean, modern, and relaxing atmosphere.

We had a great new year stay at this hotel. the staff was friendly and accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that they offered complimentary bike rentals and access to the gym. the location was perfect, within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Another bonus was the delicious in-house bakery and cafe where we enjoyed breakfast and coffee.

The high cost compared to other areas, which put a bit of a damper on our budget. However, we still enjoyed our stay and felt that the extra amenities and convenient location made up for it.
