I recently stayed at a hotel near a main train terminal where the location was very convenient for travel. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and even gave me free car parking on the premises as a birthday treat. The rooms were comfortable and had fantastic blackout blinds. The highlight of my stay, however, was the exceptional breakfast experience. They had a live chef who made personalized egg omelettes and a display with a honeycomb where guests could break off honey as they pleased. There was also a digital Nutella jar that dispensed Nutella in perfect 15g intervals, and an automatic pancake machine. a great hotel experience.

The location was very quiet with little options for dining out, but it was heavily populated. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was very polite and caring. The hotel was convenient, with easy access from the Autobahn and just a 2-minute walk from the U5 metro line, which took me to the city center and main train station in 15-20 minutes. The hotel was also very convenient, located almost right next to a metro/s-bahn station. The service provided by the hotel was top-notch, with 24-hour room service, housekeeping, laundry, and a welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were excellent, including heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also had a dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area, where I enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast with special diet options available.

The staff were not as friendly as I had expected them to be, but overall, it was a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes

The hotel is conveniently located close to the underground station, making it easy to reach Munich city center by public transport. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the metro makes it easy to get around the city and explore all that Munich has to offer.

There were some construction sites around the hotel, which could be a bit disturbing at times. However, this is a temporary issue that will pass once the construction is completed.

The bed was comfortable and the lobby area was spacious and relaxing. the hotel was conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the train station.

The housekeeping service was extremely poor. Upon arrival, the toilet bowl had yellow stains and it was never cleaned throughout my stay.

I had a great stay at Leonardo. The hotel facilities were new and clean, and the room had a lovely decoration. I enjoyed relaxing at the bar in the evening and the restaurant had excellent options for dinner. The breakfast buffet in the morning was absolutely awesome, with a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel was conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the Neuperlach Süd train station.

That the room could get a little warm at times, but it wasn't a major issue.
