The room size was quite disappointing!!! I was hoping for more frills to make the space feel larger. Also, the Wi-Fi could really use an upgrade!!! It was inconsistent and frustrating at times!!! Would love to see some mini-fridges in the rooms too!!!

The location was perfect for exploring Berlin. Just a short walk to the subway and various eateries. The breakfast spread was delightful, with plenty of options to kickstart the day. We even enjoyed some quiet moments at the cozy bar after our adventures.

However, the room felt a bit small for our family. We often had to navigate around each other, and it lacked a few frills that would have made our stay more comfortable. Additionally, the front desk staff seemed inexperienced at times, which left us wanting clearer information.

I just can’t believe how unfashionable the room was with dual mattresses, it was like a '90s nightmare. And those pathetic individual duvets? Honestly, I woke up freezing every single night. After all that, I thought a complimentary upgrade would’ve been in order. Clearly, they don’t understand how to treat important guests. Never again.

Staying with my family was fantastic! The hotel's location allowed us to easily walk to the city center, and we were close to some good restaurants. The buffet breakfast was a hit with the kids, they loved it! The staff were warm and welcoming.

My children wanted more activities for kids in the hotel.

the mercure was perfectly located close to public transport, making it easy to explore. the staff were super friendly, and my standard twin room was comfortable and well-equipped. i loved the breakfast buffet, which had a nice variety of options, including hot foods and fresh fruit. it was a great way to start the day!
