The hotel's location in Mitte, on the elegant Bebelplatz, was perfect for exploring the city's landmarks and neighborhoods. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel had a fantastic interior design and the rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable. the staff was top-notch and provided excellent service, especially the concierge who was very helpful in suggesting things to do in the area. the location was perfect, being close to Museum Island and the shopping district, making it easy to explore the city. the hotel offered first-class service and a beautiful rooftop bar with stunning views of the skyline.

There were a couple of disappointments during my stay. the hotel did not have a sauna or steam room available, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at a wonderful hotel in the center of Berlin. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially the concierge and housekeeping staff. The onsite restaurant had excellent food and service. The design of the hotel was impressive, with attention to detail from the door handles to the heavy doors. The spa and pool area added the perfect touch to our experience. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, and the WiFi was fast and reliable throughout the hotel. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with comfortable beds. The bar on the 4th floor offered incredible views of Berlin. The reception and tourist information provided great advice and assistance with exploring the city, and they even allowed us a late check out until 17:00.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location of the hotel, allowing us to easily explore Berlin's main attractions. The former bank building gave the hotel a unique and stylish atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, luxurious, and exceptionally clean. The bathrooms with heated floors and towel racks were a thoughtful touch. The reception area was welcoming, and we enjoyed the artsy cocktail bar and chill restaurant. The rooftop terrace offered breathtaking sunset views and excellent DJ performances. The basement pool and spa area, situated in the former bank vault, provided a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing. The sauna and steam room were spacious and well-maintained. the service and attention to detail at this Rocco Forte hotel were outstanding, and we would definitely return.

We were thrilled with the location of Rocco Forte Hotel. We couldn't believe our luck when our room had a stunning view of the plaza overlooking the Opera House and Humboldt University. It was such a short walk to the museums and galleries, making it easy for us to explore the art scene and historic sites. The hotel's front office manager, Benjamin Monkmoller, went above and beyond to arrange a same afternoon tour for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our art scene overview, visits to Jewish important points, and historic overview with beautiful courtyard visits. The large rooms were lovely and the hotel provided excellent front office, concierge, and in-room services. The restaurant was a highlight, offering authentic cuisine. we had a wonderful 3-night stay and highly recommend Rocco Forte Hotel for a longer stay in Berlin.

Loved this hotel - beds were comfortable, rooms a good size, bathrooms big, shower seriously lovely. Staff very helpful. Didn't eat here so can't comment on the food, but the G&T was delicious! Wonderful hotel right in the heart of Berlin. The room was spotlessly clean and very spacious , as was the bathroom, with everything either new or kept in great condition. The breakfast was nice and tasty, offering a fair variety of vegetarian and even vegan options , and offered in a light and pleasant dining room. We've also been at the bar and enjoyed live music as well as highly knowledgeable and utterly lovely bartender. Which brings me to the Rome's greatest strength, namely its absolutely fantastic staff. Everyone from the receptionist through the concierge to the breakfast attendants was incredibly attentive, helpful and also just a delight to talk to. To sum up: if it's within your budget and you want to sightsee, do some business or have a romantic mini-break, I would wholeheartedly recommend the Rome - you will not regret it! 100% recommend this hotel.

Although our experience at the hotel was mostly fantastic, there were a couple of minor downsides. the checkout process was a bit chaotic and could have been smoother.
