As a disabled traveler, I found the staff at Crowne Plaza Bangkok Lumpini Park to be highly accommodating and attentive. The breakfast girls were warm and friendly towards my children, even remembering their preferences. The front office staff was also kind and one staff member even gave my kids a small gift upon check-in. The pool area was fantastic and the location was convenient, with Saladaeng BTS station nearby. I also appreciated the smart TV in the room, allowing us to watch Netflix and YouTube. The bathroom had both a shower and bathtub, which was convenient for our family of three.

The design of the hotel is modern and stylish, and the rooms are spacious with extra amenities like a sofa and small table. The rooftop pool, while small, provides a nice place to relax.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Bangkok Lumpini Park for 3 nights. The location was excellent, with easy access to the sky train and metro stations. The hotel offered amazing views of the BK skyline and was close to both the old town and CBD. I also enjoyed the proximity to Lumpini Park and a variety of local restaurants. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff provided friendly and efficient service. a great choice for exploring Bangkok.

I had two good experiences staying here. First, the location was great, with plenty of nightlife and Lumpini Park nearby. And the view from my deluxe room was fantastic. Secondly, the hotel had a great pool and gym, perfect for relaxing and working out. the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. these amenities made my stay enjoyable and convenient.

The reception staff insisted on a large deposit, which was inconvenient because I didn't have the proper currency on hand. When I asked for assistance or an alternative solution, the night manager was extremely rude, scolding me and making inappropriate comments.

The concierge was unable to provide good recommendations for restaurants and other places to visit in the area. Additionally, the doorman's assistance with taxis resulted in overpaying significantly for the fare.
