the spa was supposed to be a highlight, yet no one even asked if I needed a robe or a towel, utterly disgraceful! the breakfast cost a ridiculous €20, but honestly, it woudl ve been a feast if they had just added more than plain bread. as a guest expecting more, I’m shocked I didn’t get a complimentary breakfast to make up for it.

The family room was spacious with comfy beds, and the spa was utterly delightful. We even had a good shower experience in a nice bathroom—definitely a highlight!

But good luck if your TV decides to go on strike upon arrival—thank goodness for friendly tech support! Honestly, the breakfast situation felt like we were on a scavenger hunt for food!

We loved the hotel's proximity to the city center, with easy tram access just a short walk away. The spa facilities were impressive, featuring various wellness options that truly enhanced our relaxation. Our room was spacious, well-maintained, and offered a comfortable retreat after exploring.

One downside was the lack of clear communication regarding the sauna's clothing rules, which caused some confusion.

Having access to the expansive spa facilities was a delight. The well-kept areas and diverse wellness services made our stay feel exceptionally relaxing. The roof terrace provided stunning city views, perfect for unwinding after exploring Cologne.

However, the absence of tea or coffee-making facilities in the room was bothersome. Plus, the church bells became somewhat of a nuisance at 7:30 am, which could disrupt a peaceful morning.

The spa had lots of great options, like multiple saunas and hot tubs to relax in. Just a heads-up, the lack of air conditioning in the rooms might be a bit uncomfortable in warmer weather. 😊

Had an amazing time with friends. The rooms were nicely spacious and clean. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace and the indoor/outdoor pools during our visit. The spa is awesome, making it worth it for any guest. Don’t miss out on the delicious breakfast, we loved it!

The spa facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere despite some guests wearing bathing suits in areas that are typically naturist. However, the quality of the restaurant food was disappointing compared to previous visits. the gnocchi lacked flavor, and the tomato sauce seemed canned and undercooked. Despite these issues, the aufguss experience was a highlight, showcasing the dedicated sauna masters.

the room was dusty , which was disappointing. but the spa area is awesome with various saunas and hot tubs. enjoyed a large selection of teas and a unique rooftop terrace with great views. close tram stop made getting around super easy.
