Stunning location, clean rooms without noise. Pictures are accurate. Polite staff, delicious menu. Will return in spring, considering getting married there.

The room was spacious and well decorated, and the bathroom was modern and clean. the hotel is located in a peaceful area with beautiful surroundings, perfect for a relaxing holiday. the nearby restaurant had a great selection of local cuisine, offering a taste of the region.

We were not informed of important information about the hotel, such as the restaurant being closed on certain days. there was a lack of basic amenities in the room, such as a minibar or coffee/tea making facilities, which would have improved our experience.

We had a fabulous time at this 5-star restaurant. The Head Chef personally tailored our meals to our preferences, and the quality of the food was exceptional. The waiting staff, particularly Thorsten, was professional and friendly, creating a truly enjoyable dining experience. The spa at the hotel was exquisite, with top-notch facilities and a relaxing ambiance. We were able to unwind and rejuvenate in the peaceful surroundings. The location was also convenient, being very close to the railroad and allowing us to easily explore the area and enjoy the beautiful park.

We experienced some minor inconveniences with the check-in process. The staff at the reception was not particularly welcoming or informative, and we had to wait until exactly 3:00pm to access our room, without any suggestions on how to spend our waiting time.

Staying at this hotel was like stepping into a fairytale. From the moment I arrived in the beautifully set parking area, I knew I was in for a luxurious experience. The staff greeted me with warmth and cheerfulness, making me feel truly welcome. The rooms were immaculate, and despite my dust allergy, I had no trouble sleeping comfortably thanks to the great room climate. I woke up feeling well-rested and ready to start the day.

The location of the hotel is quite remote, with not much around in terms of amenities. There is not even a coffee shop close to the hotel, a road for a walk, or a town that can be visited while you are waiting. It can feel quite isolated and inconvenient.

The restaurant staff seemed to lack proper training and organization. They were confused about their roles and not attentive to guests' needs.
