Some signage and menu options were only available in German, which was a slight inconvenience for non-German speaking guests.

We do wish the customer service was better as we found the staff to be unhelpful and occasionally rude when we asked questions. the Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable and some hotel facilities such as the sauna were closed.
