Helpful Staff

We arrived early and our rooms weren't ready, but the staff member at the front desk was apologetic and kind. He made us feel welcome and even provided us with a comfortable place to wait in the shade outside. Later, when we returned from a concert, we saw people enjoying themselves in the front area, drinking beers and having a good time. Despite being exhausted, their presence added to the friendly atmosphere of the hotel. I had a pleasant experience with the helpful staff at Senscity Hotel Berlin Spandau.
