The cost was exorbitant for what was offered. I was shocked to find out that everything, even a bottle of water, came at an extra charge.

Additionally, the concierge service was top, notch. They were extremely helpful in providing recommendations and arranging reservations for us. It made our stay much more enjoyable.

There were a few negative aspects of our experience. the check, in process was quite slow and there was a mix, up with our luggage, which caused some frustration.

It was also convenient to explore other attractions like the English Garden and the river. The concierge, Theodor Sprick, provided excellent touring suggestions with a welcoming and professional attitude. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were extremely friendly, service-oriented, and always ready to help. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with comfortable rooms and great amenities.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

As backpackers, we loved the excellent reception service and the friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the room service was quick. The hotel offered a larger room on the first floor for the wheelchair, which was a nice touch. The pool and spa area looked inviting, even though we couldn't use it. The central location allowed for easy access to attractions.

Felt like our own home, with nothing being too much trouble.
