I enjoyed afternoon tea at the lobby, which felt like a true event. Relaxing there was nice, especially under the beautiful glass ceiling. I tried a cooking course led by the head chef, which offered a chance to explore Young Bavarian Cuisine. I appreciated that the location made it easy for me to explore art galleries nearby. I would visit again.

I truly enjoyed my time at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect for exploring, with easy access to shops, museums, and the historic opera house just a short walk away. The breakfast spread was simply divine, offering everything from German sausages to freshly made pastries, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

However, the room I stayed in was smaller than I expected for a luxury property.

stayed here and was really disapointed. the air conditioning was not working and despite my insistence, no discount was offered, absolutely absurd for a supposed luxury hotel. I also found the room painfully small and ordinary, far from the grandeur I expected. I almost left a good review, but just couldn’t due to all these issues.

the internet was a bit slow,, but the location is perfect for exploring munich! staff were super friendly and made me feel at home. the breakfast was delicious with an impressive variety, and the rooftop spa was a lovely escape! 😊

My recent stay was delightful! The lobby ambiance felt welcoming, and the concierge was instrumental in securing opera tickets. Although the shower lacked a seal and caused a slight inconvenience, the overall experience was enjoyable. I'd recommend sampling their breakfast and enjoying a coffee in the charming lobby area. Don't hesitate to ask staff for local tips!

Check in and out went smooth for our big group and I was surprised by how friendly staff were they really made us feel welcome. Dinner in the restaurant was something special one of the best meals I had in awhile.

It was a bit pricey but it was still acceptable.

Can’t fault the property in any way. Hotel facilities included a fantastic fitness center and a spa that offered stunning views of the city skyline. This place suits me perfectly with its excellent fitness center, indoor swimming pool, and attentive 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff kindly helped me find my lost bracelet. I highly recommend visiting for a romantic escape!

The lobby was like stepping back in time, almost magical! The vibe reminded me of old-school luxury, but definitely not something everyone would enjoy.
