I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Santiago Airport for a quick business trip. The shuttle service to and from the airport was greatly appreciated! The check-in process was smooth and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a great bed! We dined in the restaurant for dinner twice and the food and wine were excellent both times. Having Genosur on-site made getting a PCR test very easy. All the staff were friendly and accommodating, especially with my husband's attempts to communicate in Spanish. The fitness room and pool were great amenities as well.

For the price we paid, Hilton Garden Inn Santiago Airport was a great value. The room was fantastic, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was very convenient, with a free shuttle provided to and from the airport. The staff at the check-in desk were friendly and helpful, informing me that the bar was closing soon so I could quickly get my drinks. The bathroom was superb and the early checkout snacks in the lobby were a nice touch.

The hotel had a modern and new look, which was quite appealing. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the front desk assistant who was able to quickly resolve a reservation issue. the steak at the hotel restaurant was delicious and perfectly prepared.

The location of the hotel was quite remote and far from any sightseeing or shopping areas. the shuttle service from the airport was chaotic and unreliable, with incorrect meet instructions and long waiting times.
