The facilities were not up to par. The Wi-Fi was slow, and the hot tub was not as clean as I expected.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the centre of Imerovigli and within walking distance of many restaurants. It offers a perfect view of the sunset and is situated in a quiet area. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with modern and clean bathrooms. The staff provide excellent service, being friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offers a wide range of options, including a la carte choices. Guests can also enjoy facilities like a pool and sauna.

Some rooms may experience noise in the morning due to the proximity to the reception and restaurant area.

This hotel is a luxurious venue where all my needs were met. The staff provided excellent service and fulfilled all my exclusive amenities. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were well-maintained and offered stunning views, and the restaurant had delicious food with special diet menus. In-room breakfast was exquisite, and the poolside snack bar was a great addition. The room advantages were exclusive and provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

Although this hotel exceeded my expectations, the only minor issue was the lack of spa and wellness centre facilities.

The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, with plenty of vegetarian options, and the continental breakfast had a local touch. The cleaning service was top-notch. What really stood out was the hospitality of the staff. They truly understood what excellent service means and made our stay even more enjoyable.
