During my recent thanksgiving stay, I had an amazing experience at a design hotel with great staff. the hotel is located in a peaceful area with plenty of fancy shops and restaurants nearby. Upon arrival, we were offered a nice glass of juice which was refreshing after a long journey. the hotel offered a minibar with water and wine included in the price, along with olive oil and snacks.

The hotel had a bit of a complicated system to enter the property at night, which could be inconvenient for some guests. We also found that without a breakfast option, we had to search for cafes and bakeries in the area to have our morning meals.

As a family, we loved the spacious family room with a large bed and a small single bed. The coffee maker, air conditioning, safe, and iron provided convenience. The bathroom toiletries were a nice touch. The location in the heart of the old town was perfect, and the patio with beautiful flowers created a lovely atmosphere. The friendly and helpful receptionist greeted us with juice and gave us great recommendations for restaurants.

We felt so comfortable during our stay, and the staff always went above and beyond to assist us. Nothing was too much trouble.

Aelios was a quiet and stylish oasis within the centre of Chania old town. It is comfortable and luxurious with designer sheets and towels. The lovely garden in front is a delightful welcoming sight. The staff were very helpful, especially the man at reception. The layout of the property, spacious room with great amenities, and the lively receptionist, Paula, all added to the charm of this boutique hotel.

The location is perfect, allowing easy access to the bustling streets of Chania. The staff here were extremely friendly and made me feel right at home.
